As part of the hostel, residency and ancillary services we provide, we collect personal information which may include your name, current and previous addresses, your telephone, fax and email details, your nationality, details of the education institution you will attend and course details.

» directly from you when you provide information in application forms or in response to requests by us for information;
» from third parties, such as your parents or guardians, or from agents or your representatives;
» from publicly available sources of information;
» when legally required to do so.
HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information may be used to:
» assess applications for accommodation;
» administer, monitor and evaluate the services we provide;
» for the purposes of the Residency Agreement you enter into;
WHEN WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
For the purposes set out above, we may disclose your personal information to outside organisations. These include:
» outsourced service providers who manage the services we provide;
» your representatives (eg your authorised agents, representatives or legal advisers);
» credit reporting and fraud-checking agencies;
» our professional advisers including our accountants, auditors and lawyers;
» education institutions at which you are or have been enrolled;
» government and regulatory authorities and other organisations, as required or authorised by law.
We will not sell or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes .
ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right of access to your personal information we collect, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. Let us know in writing if you wish to access your personal information. We reserve the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information.
